It is expected that the ring walks for the fight will at around 10.15pm, as confirmed by promoter Eddie Hearn.

The first fight of the card starts at 4.30pm - Craig Glover vs Ratu Latinara.

Khan: “I have to win and win well.

“I intend to put on a clinic and dismantle Lo Greco, he is not on my level.

"If I have to go 12 rounds, so be it, but defeat is not an option.

“My ambition was to come back and win another world title, and if I can’t win against Lo Greco, it’s all over for me.”

Hearn: "Khan's fighting for his career, that’s the top line of this promotion.

“There are huge fights ahead for Khan. Kell Brook wants to fight him, Errol Spence wants to fight him, so does Terence Crawford, Keith Thurman. They all do."

Lo Greco: "I've studied your [to Khan at this week's press conference] boxing. I honestly believe your best years are done, I think your best years were in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and it's going to show on Saturday night."

Who is Phil Lo Greco?
Le Greco is a professional boxer in the welterweight division.

And he has vowed to send Khan into retirement when the two fighters collide on Saturday.

He hails from Toronto, Canada, but his nickname is 'The Italian Sensation.'
The 33-year-old has mainly fought in Canada, but he has previously ventured to Germany, Italy and USA.

What is Lo Greco's record and has he won a title?
Le Greco boasts a record of 28-3, with 15 knockouts.

He once held the WBC International Welterweight title after he knocked out veteran Slawomir Ziemlewicz, though has yet to test himself at anywhere near the level of ex-world champ Khan.
